MODEL RELEASE *

I the cosplayer, hereby agree and grant the following permissions to the photographer AOS PHOTOGRAPHY. They have irrevocable, and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and re-publish photographic images of me in any they see fit. I specifically consent to the digital compositing or distortion of the portraits or pictures, including without restriction any changes or alterations as to color, perspective, context, foreground or background. I also consent to the use of any published matter in conjunction with such photographs. I hereby agree that upon receiving my photos, I will not re-edit, crop, or otherwise change the finished image provided to me in any way, shape, or form. I will provide credit accordingly to the photographer for their work both behind the camera and in the post-processing of the images. I acknowledge that the editing time will take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the volume of work, and shall not harass the photographer to work faster to return photos. I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name.​ I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me.
